Renovations at Emu Ridge

What a transformation of our shop!

Whilst we were closed for nearly 10 weeks due to COVID-19 we thought there is no better time to some much needed renovations.

The renovations included sanding and re-polishing the floors, moving the counter, extending the video room and painting, just to name a few.

Above is the planned new gin cellar door for Kangaroo Island Spirits. Another exciting place for the Island which we look forward to visiting.

To the left are Satellite pictures of Kangaroo Island. Top one is from January 2020 (during the bushfires) and then June 2020 after some much needed rain, however you can still see the burnt area on the western end of the Island.

Flinders Chase National Park Reopens

Great news for the Island as Flinders Chase National Park reopens after the devastating 19/20 bushfires. Many areas are re-vegetating well but a lot near the coast is still devastating to see. Follow this link to find out what’s on offer and recovery.
