How can I order?

You can place your order through our website, by email, phone or post. All our prices are in AUD currency including GST, for international orders the GST component is deducted.

With orders by email, phone or post please always leave your name, number, postal address and products you wish to purchase so we can process the order faster.

When will my order be shipped?

We pride ourselves on the speed of our service. Once orders are paid they are processed, packed and sent the same day they are received (same day dispatch for orders placed before 12:00pm). We cannot guarantee dispatch times in situations affected by circumstances beyond our control.

What payments methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express, Direct Deposits (Australia only) and PayPal.
Once payments are received your order will be packed and sent.

How long will delivery take?

Once the order is dispatched you should receive it within 3-10 business days via Regular Post or 2-3 business days with Express Post in Australia. For international delivery, standard air mail can take 2-3 weeks and sea mail (selected countries only) can take 90 days to be delivered.
We cannot provide an exact day of the week or time it will be delivered.

What is the cost of postage?

We use Australia Post to send our parcels and the postage cost is calculated by the weight of the parcel and the destination. All parcels around Australia under 500g is $12.95 and from there the postage is calculated by every kg. We do not charge for packing or handling and try to reuse recycled packing materials as much as possible.
On the Cart page of our website is where you can calculate the cost of postage once you have selected the products you wish to purchase. Please note you can sometimes add more products and the postage will remain the same.

Do you deliver overseas?

We post our products around the world to almost every country. You can calculate the postage in the Cart page, please remember to put in your post/zip code and country for our system to be able to calculate the postage.
Please note - due to regulations from Australia Post we are unable to post Eucalyptus, Tea Tree and Clove Bud oil internationally as they are classified as a dangerous good. If you place an order for these products, we will not post them and will refund you for the products and postage where applicable.

I made a mistake, how can I change my order?

Please contact us right away by either calling on 08 8553 8228 or emailing sales@emuridge.com.au with your order number. We process orders quickly, so the sooner you contact us the more likely we will be able to change the order.
If your order has already been posted we will not be able to change the contents of the order but we may be able to change postal addresses.

Can my order be tracked?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us with your tracking number, this can be used on the Australia Post website. You should also receive an email from Australia Post of delivery updates. If you don't receive an email with a tracking number please contact us at sales@emuridge.com.au and quote your order number, we can then forward you the tracking number.
