Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Can I return or exchange my order?
We believe our products are of very high standard and we want you to love them as much as we do. If you don't like a product, aren't happy with your purchase or there was damage or a fault please contact us within 30 days of placing your order (90 days for international orders) and we can process a exchange or refund where applicable, see below.
Returning you parcel
When you return your parcel please make sure to pack it carefully back in the box, if any damage occurs on the return you may not receive a refund if not packed carefully.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If the product is faulty or damaged and is of Emu Ridges fault, we offer free return postage and once the product is received back to Emu Ridge. Once it has been examined we can offer to send another product/s FOC or a full refund of the product/s and postage.
Please remember to contact us directly if there has been damage.
If the product has been used we may not be able to offer a full refund.
Unhappy with your purchase?
If for any reason you are unhappy with the purchase please contact us directly at 08 8553 8228 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we can discuss a plan of action.
We cannot guarantee a refund or exchange if you simply just don't like the product unless there is a extreme circumstance.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have processed the refund you should receive it within 3-5 business days.
I received my order and the products were wrong?
If you receive your order and something was missing or you didn't get the correct product please contact us immediately on 08 8553 8228 or email@example.com and we are more than happy to send the missing the product.
