Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Can I return or exchange my order?
We believe our products are of very high standard and we want you to love them as much as we do. If you don't like a product, aren't happy with your purchase, or there was damage or a fault, please contact us within 30 days of placing your order (90 days for international orders) and we can process an exchange or refund where applicable - see below.
Returning your parcel:
When returning your parcel, please make sure to pack it carefully back in the box. If any damage occurs during the return due to insufficient packaging, we may not be able to process your refund. All returns are sent by mail. There are no restocking fees for any return.
Faulty or Damaged Products:
If the product is faulty or damaged due to an Emu Ridge error, we will provide a free return label which will be sent to you via email or post. Once the product is received and examined, we can offer a replacement product at no cost or a full refund of the product and original postage. Please contact us directly if there has been any damage upon arrival. Please note: If the product has been used, we may not be able to offer a full refund.
Australian Orders:
A free return label is included in your package - simply attach it to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest post office.
International Orders:
If you need to return an item, please contact us and we will arrange a return label sent to you via email or post at no cost to you, where the return is due to a fault or damage.
Unhappy with your purchase?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us directly at 08 8553 8228 or sales@emuridge.com.au and we can discuss a plan of action. Please note: We cannot guarantee a refund or exchange if you simply don't like the product, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have processed your refund, please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear - though in most cases you should see it within 3–5 business days.
I received the wrong or missing products?
If something was missing or incorrect in your order, please contact us immediately at 08 8553 8228 or sales@emuridge.com.au and we will be happy to resolve it straight away.
