Times and Facilities
Emu Ridge Shop, Café and Cellar Door is open 7 days.
We are open from 9:00am to 4:00pm every day, including all public holidays (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day). Our café operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm during winter.
We also offer extended hours during school holidays, long weekends, and peak season.
Please feel free to call ahead if you’re visiting after hours — we’re often still around and happy to help. Access is also available by appointment outside of regular hours.
It is FREE to visit our Farmgate Retail Shop and Cafe. We also offer a complimentary DVD of the distilling process for your interest. If you would like to see where we make our famous eucalyptus oil, the Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Oil Distillery is open for Guided Tours in the holiday peak seasons and self-guided tours all year round.

Are your guided tours on in the first week of January 2026?

Hi Maddie, yes our prices are the same. Its free to watch the 4 minute DVD and look around the shop, we offer self guided tours at anytime, these take approx 5 – 10 minutes and they are $14 per family a family can include relies etc, basically a group travelling together. We only offer self guided tours in the school holidays. These are $20 per family and take approx 25 minutes. Group concessions is for a bus tour and a concession is a student, health care card holder or a senior. We produce oil seasonally like all farming, oir season is over Summer! Concessions & students $6.00.
Guided tour & oil $9.50.
