THE SULLI-VANS PERFORMING SPECIAL CONCERT – PLAYING TRIBUTE
KANGAROO ISLAND COMMUNITY & TRUE BLUE SPIRIT
Don’t miss this inspirational and heart-warming performance. You won’t have seen anything like this before!
Award Winning Country Singer Songwriter Kevin Sullivan and his family The Sulli-Vans are excited to be
performing concert on Kangaroo Island.

Kangaroo Island holds a very special place in their hearts, as it’s where Kevin has been trying to
come back to after 18 years of raising money for the flying Doctors during Outback Rallies, that often visited
Kangaroo Island as part of the Tour.

The Sulli-Vans life changing musical journey began 2 years ago, during
COVID. They spent the next 2 years travelling over 140,000 kms around our beautiful country and performed
over 220 shows in regional and remote communities, along with major towns and Festivals in their sponsored
Sunland Sulli-Van Caravan. The Sulli-Vans, led by their Dad, Kevin and consists of his children, KJ (son 13
yrs) Cha Cha (daughter 11 yrs) and Jet (son 7 yrs).
The Sulli-Vans, won the hearts of all Australians when they appeared last year on The Voice Generations.
The Sulli-Vans captivate audiences with their energy and soulful harmonies across both their original music
and unique versions of much-loved Australian classics, country music and contemporary hits.
Award winning singer songwriter Kevin Sullivan has a story like no other, as he describes swimming through
‘rivers of blood’ as a Police Forensic Crime Scene investigator, then transcends to whether you cut the ‘red’ or
‘blue’ wire as he defused bombs and headed up the Bomb Desk for the 2000 Sydney Olympics, to his role in
Witness protection watching over both witnesses in major investigations to Presidents, Sultans, Heads of State
and other dignitaries. Kevin toured Outback Australia during his time off with bands for over 18 years raising
money for the Royal Flying Doctors. These stories of real people, places and causes have inspired the singer
songwriter in his music. One of these stories became a co-written duet with the legendary Bill Chambers –
called ‘High Country Snows’, about the High Country Horsemen and the wild Brumbies.
Over the years Kevin has performed in Nashville as guest of The Voice USA finalist Kinsey Rose, at the
Tamworth Country Music Festival, Birdsville Races, The Gympie Music Muster, the Big Country Festival in
Berry NSW, Ballina Country Music Festival, Mildura Country Music Festival and alongside some of Australian
country music’s favourites including Lee Kernaghan, Bill Chambers, Amber Lawrence, Travis Collins, The
McClymonts and The Wolfe Brothers.
He will engage you from his very first note, as you are transported by his stories and unique sound. Kevin’s
Dad was a dixie land jazz pianist, and you’ll hear these and other influences in his music that holds a style and
sound all his own. Kevin has released two studio Albums, with his much-anticipated 3
rd Album ‘Three Ways’
(including duet ‘High Country Snows’ with Bill Chambers and The Sulli-Vans harmonies) due for release later
in 2023/24.
From the release of his very first album in 2018 “Belonging” (featuring the now fan-favourite ‘Outback
Australia’) to “The Sulli-Vans” covers album featuring the harmonic voices of the Sulli-Van’s, Kevin never
lets the dust settle under his feet and is continuing his co-written autobiography. Kevin Sullivan is a living
breathing example of the saying, “It’s never too late to chase your dream”.
Don’t miss The Sulli-Vans – there is NO other show like this touring Australia. They are a family that
symbolise the ‘heart & soul’ of Country Music and referred to as the next generation of Kernaghan and
Chambers families. They receive standing ovations from audiences, whether they perform in intimate shows or
to thousands as they just did at The Man From Snowy River Bush Festival.
Tickets are Limited $20 each, children under 16 are Free. To book tickets call (08) 8553 8228. Dinner
and drinks available to purchase.
Special thanks to Bev and her family for bringing The Sulli-Vans to perform a special concert dedicated to the
amazing resilience of the community and their True-Blue spirit.
