Cosi, Hello SA & What’s Up Down Under Visit Emu Ridge – Kangaroo Island’s Famous Eucalyptus Oil Distillery

Famous Faces at Emu Ridge – Sharing Our Story with Australia
We’ve been feeling the love lately with some wonderful visitors who’ve helped share the Emu Ridge story far and wide! Over the past few months, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming some well-known faces to our little piece of paradise on Kangaroo Island, and what an honour it’s been.
We had an absolute blast filming with Cosi and the South Aussie with Cosi team, it was a high-energy, fun-filled day (even though it just happened to be the hottest day of the year on KI!). Cosi’s enthusiasm was infectious, and he brought a real buzz to the place. The whole team had us laughing through the heat as they explored everything from our eucalyptus distilling to our Oils and Natural products and even some behind-the-scenes family stories. It was such a memorable experience, and we loved being part of a show that truly celebrates what makes SA so great.
Hello SA also stopped by to share a more personal look at what we do. Their visit was relaxed and heartfelt, focusing on the people behind Emu Ridge and what makes our family-run business tick. A lovely highlight was seeing Lauren from Hello SA interview Tiffany a familiar face, as the two actually went to school together! It was such a special full-circle moment. This story was to let visitors know what happens when they visit us on a Sealink tour! We really appreciated how the crew captured the warmth of our story and the connection we have to our business.

And we can’t forget Macca from What’s Up Down Under, a passionate Aussie traveller who stopped by to film a segment and chat about our journey. His visit felt like catching up with an old mate, and he was just as interested in our eucalyptus oil as he was in our damper, sweet treats, and everything in between!
It’s been such a joy to see Emu Ridge featured on screens around Australia. We’ve always been proud of what we do here, but to have these much-loved media personalities share our story has been a real boost, not just for us, but for the whole island.
If you haven’t seen the segments yet, we have added some links below. We have also shared some Snippets on our socials. Thanks again to the teams at South Aussie with Cosi, Hello SA, and What’s Up Down Under, you’re welcome back anytime!
